Replacement Policy

We accept replacements within 10 days of purchase if there are:
  • Manufacturing defects which hamper the intended functionality
  • Shipping-related damages.
Post an inspection of your product, your replacement request will be processed.

What you need to do?

To initiate your hassle-free replacement, drop us a message on WhatsApp at 9967075057 or write a mail to info@firstedgesports.com with detailed photos of the defects or damages. We will evaluate them and where needed arrange for a pickup of your order. 
When sending your replacement to us, make sure to replace it just like it was when you received it, with all the tags and original packaging intact. 

What do we do next?

Once we receive your replacement, we will inspect it to ensure that we received it in the original form we sent it in, post which the team initiates the replacement. Just a friendly reminder, the new product may take upto 4 days to reach us post which the replacement will be initiated.


Our working hours are from 10 AM to 7 PM, Monday to Friday.
