How long will my order take?
Once your order is confirmed, it will take up to 3 working days (metro cities) and between 4 to 7 business days (for other cites) for your order to be delivered to you.
What is your return policy?
You can replace the racket within 10 days of receiving your order. Note that replacements are only allowed if the grip of the racket is sealed and the item is in unused condition.
What is the warranty and how do I claim it?
We offer a two-month manufacturer warranty. If there is any manufacturing defect within 60 days of your purchase, please write to info@firstedgesports.com mentioning the defect details and adding images of the racket. Please note that deformations and damages caused due to play or accidental damage are not covered under the warranty.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship in India.
How do I take care of my paddle?
To keep your racket in top condition, wipe the hitting surface with a damp, lint-free cloth to remove dirt and debris, avoiding household cleaners that can leave residue.
Clean the handle regularly to remove sweat and grime and replace grips when needed. Store your racket in a dry, room-temperature environment, avoiding extreme heat or cold and never submerge it in water. Handle your racket with care, protecting the edges and frame and consider using a cover for added safety. Regular maintenance helps preserve performance and extend the life of your racket.
