✅ Covered Under Warranty

  • Loose components or parts
  • Faulty bonding or glue issues
  • Structural defects in the frame or core

❌ Not Covered Under Warranty

  • Damage caused during play (slams, hits, or accidental drops)
  • Normal wear and tear (scratches, edge dents, cosmetic marks)
  • Grip wear or handle damage from usage
  • Exposure to extreme heat, cold, or moisture
  • Damage caused due to submersion in water or liquid 
  • Misuse, negligence, or alterations by the user

How to claim your warranty

1. Contact Us

Email info@firstedgesports.com with:

  • Order number
  • Invoice
  • Email used for warranty registration
  • Detailed defect description
  • Photos of the racket showing the issue.
  • Optional: Videos can help with claim processing

2. Claim Review

  • Our team will review your submission within 2–3 business days.
  • We may contact you for additional details if necessary.

3. Resolution

If approved, we’ll either repair or replace given the state of the product. 

Important Details

  • Warranty applies only to the original purchaser.
  • Warranty is non-transferable.
  • Defects caused by misuse, accidents, or wear from normal play are not covered.
  • Shipping costs for warranty claims may vary depending on the resolution.
