At FirstEdge Sports, we stand behind the quality of our products. Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and workmanship issues under normal playing conditions.

Covered Under Warranty

The warranty applies to defects that arise due to manufacturing or material issues, including:

  1. Structural defects in the frame, core, or paddle surface

  2. Delamination or separation of layers under normal usage

  3. Handle or grip assembly defects caused by faulty manufacturing

  4. Loose internal components or parts resulting from manufacturing defects. We will verify this to ascertain if this is a result of manufacturing defect or otherwise

  5. Faulty bonding, glue, or construction issues

  6. Products damaged during transit at the time of delivery

Not Covered Under Warranty

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from external factors, improper usage, or normal product wear, including:

  1. Damage caused during play or due to slams, hard hits, or accidental drops

  2. Normal wear and tear including scratches, minor chips, cosmetic blemishes, or edge dents that do not affect performance

  3. Grip wear or handle damage resulting from regular usage

  4. Fading or cosmetic wear of graphics over time

  5. Damage caused by submersion in water or other liquids

  6. Damage resulting from misuse, negligence, abuse, or unauthorized modifications

Warranty Limitation

FirstEdge Sports’ obligation under this warranty is limited to repair, replacement, or exchange of the defective product, and shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product

How to claim your warranty

1. Contact Us

Email info@firstedgesports.com with:

  • Order number
  • Invoice
  • Email used for warranty registration
  • Detailed defect description
  • Photos of the racket showing the issue.
  • Optional: Videos can help with claim processing

2. Claim Review

  • Our team will review your submission within 2–3 business days.
  • We may contact you for additional details if necessary.

3. Resolution

If approved, we’ll either repair or replace given the state of the product. 

Important Details

  • Warranty applies only to the original purchaser.
  • Warranty is non-transferable.
  • Defects caused by misuse, accidents, or wear from normal play are not covered.
  • Shipping costs for warranty claims may vary depending on the resolution.
